Can I use my existing Word templates?
Yes – Formsdocu is designed to use existing DOCX templates directly. You don't need to redesign or adapt anything. Upload your template, define the variable fields, and you can start right away.
In which formats can I output documents?
Documents can be output as PDF or DOCX – depending on what your process needs. For archiving and sending we recommend PDF, for further editing DOCX.
Is an API connection possible?
Yes. Formsdocu offers a full REST API that lets you integrate document generation directly into your existing systems – for example a CRM, ERP or your own application.
How many documents can I process at once?
With CSV batch processing you can generate hundreds of documents at once. Simply import a CSV file with all your records – Formsdocu processes them in the background and makes the documents available for download.
Where is my data stored?
All data is processed and stored exclusively on servers in Switzerland. There is no data transfer abroad. Formsdocu does not store data permanently – all entered data is automatically and irreversibly deleted after 3 days at the latest. Formsdocu meets the requirements of the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act.

Built from first-hand experience

Formsdocu was born out of a real problem: companies spend a disproportionate amount of time creating the same documents manually over and over – error-prone, inconsistent, inefficient.

As a software developer with many years of experience in enterprise software, I built Formsdocu to solve exactly this problem. A focused tool that concentrates on the essentials: generating documents quickly, cleanly and reliably – without overhead, without complexity.

Formsdocu is developed in Liechtenstein and operated in Switzerland. Data protection, reliability and a clear product strategy are at the center – not features for the sake of features.
